Dearest Sylphs, Aeronauts, and Expeditionists,
The Grand Expedition has taken its final flight, having flown thousands of daring diners around the world in our storybook skies.
From the off this was an ambitious project, something on a different scale to previous Gingerline events. This was a scale of show that we had never previously attempted, employing new methods of food service and performance styles combined. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved.

— Christmas with Gingerline —
From groups of 16 to 90, Gingerline and Flavourology will have a variety of experiences for something a little different this festive season. If you'd like to hear more, please email us.
— Menu —
A five-course set menu design by Gingerline's Flavourology team. We can cater for dietary requirements if we know these in advance. Please list all requirements on the form whilst booking, or you can update your Eventbrite account if the requirements change later.
— Arrival Times —
Saturday Matinee: Doors open at 12pm, please arrive no later than 12.15pm.
Evening Performances: Doors open at 7pm, please arrive no later than 7.15pm.
— Tickets —
You will receive an order confirmation email from our ticketing provider after you book, please check the details carefully. You do not need to print this for the event, we’ll have your name on the door. Save the trees!
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases however you are able to give your ticket to a friend to attend if you can no longer make it. Please read our T&Cs before booking.
— Location —
The Grand Expedition will depart from a top-secret location, somewhere on the Victoria Line. You will be sent navigation instructions ahead of your departure. HINT: Somewhere between Walthamstow and Euston.
For Matinee Performances, you will receive directions to the location by 4pm, the day BEFORE your journey.
For Evening Performances, you will receive directions to the location by 4pm, on the day of your journey.
— Dress Code —
There will be a non-compulsory, but encouraged dress code for our budding aeronauts. Check your booking confirmation for more details.
— Accessibility —
The Grand Expedition is accessible to both wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. However, due to the limitations of the building, wheelchair places will be limited to one wheelchair user per show.
